## Position: AI / Software Engineer (Philippines)

### Role Summary

Versatile engineer working on AI-based applications, LLM systems, and automation platforms. Hands-on development role.

### Core Responsibilities

* Develop AI/LLM-based applications (RAG, agentic systems)
* Build backend services in Python
* Implement data pipelines and integrations
* Develop automation platforms for DevOps and business workflows
* Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and external systems

### Required Skills

* Strong Python development
* Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, similar)
* RAG systems (vector DBs, embeddings, retrieval)
* Backend development (REST APIs)
* Data engineering basics (ETL, data processing)

### Preferred Skills

* Full-stack development (React or similar)
* DevOps familiarity (CI/CD, containers, cloud)
* Agent-based system design
* Working with unstructured data (documents, text)

### Profile

* Versatile, hands-on engineer
* Comfortable across AI, backend, and data
* Experience over formal titles preferred
