Professional Photo Editor (Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom)

Hiring:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor to collaborate on a project basis.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who already works with clients and regularly completes editing projects.

This role is not intended for someone looking for full-time or part-time employment. We are looking for independent project-based collaboration.

We are looking for someone who can not only deliver excellent edits but also explain their workflow and editing decisions clearly when needed.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in professional photo editing
* Minimum 1 year of experience with Adobe Photoshop
* Minimum 1 year of experience with Adobe Lightroom
* English level B2 or higher

Because our workflow is built around these applications, applicants should actively use these tools and be comfortable explaining their editing process.

Preference for experience in:

* Portrait photography
* Model/fashion photography
* Product photography
* Real estate photography
* Lifestyle photography

Photography orientation is considered a strong advantage.

Experience with:

* DSLR cameras
* Mirrorless cameras
* RAW workflow and processing
* Exposure and white balance
* Composition and focal length
* Color theory and color correction

Understanding photography fundamentals is considered an advantage because it usually leads to stronger editing decisions.

Required Skills

You should be able to:

* Match a specific editing style consistently
* Perform advanced skin retouching
* Remove acne naturally
* Remove wrinkles professionally
* Remove unwanted people or objects from photos
* Extend backgrounds or recreate missing image areas naturally
* Understand and recreate complex editing techniques
* Perform color correction and advanced image enhancement
* Deliver realistic and high-quality results
* Explain your editing decisions and workflow

Application Process (Important)

Since file attachments are limited here, the editing test will be shared directly after contact.

Applicants will receive:

* 3 reference photos (already edited) showing the exact editing style expected
* 3 RAW / unedited photos that must be edited

Your task:

* Edit the 3 RAW photos to match only the editing style shown in the reference images
* Do not apply your own style
* Replicate the look, quality, colors, texture, and overall finish as closely as possible

Please also include:

* A short explanation of:

* What editing steps do you perform
* Which software did you use
* How long the task took
* Any techniques or tools used
