Job Title: Wedding Gallery Photo Culling & AI Editing

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Wedding Photo Culling & AI Editing Specialist to support our photography studio. This role focuses on reviewing large sets of wedding images in Adobe Lightroom, carefully selecting the strongest photographs, and preparing them for editing through Imagen AI. The goal is to deliver a beautifully curated gallery that reflects our studio’s high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Import and organize full wedding galleries into Lightroom.
• Review and cull thousands of images, selecting only the best photographs based on composition, emotion, and technical quality.
• Apply consistent metadata, ratings, or flags to streamline the culling process.
• Process selected images through Imagen AI for initial adjustments (exposure, contrast, white balance, etc.).
• Review AI-edited images for accuracy and consistency, making light refinements when necessary.
• Deliver a polished, curated gallery ready for final client delivery.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom is required.
• Familiarity with AI editing software such as Imagen AI is strongly preferred.
• Strong eye for detail, storytelling, and quality in wedding photography.
• Ability to manage large volumes of images efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience with wedding photography workflows.
• Background in professional photo culling, editing, or retouching.
• Understanding of consistent editing styles and brand aesthetics.
