Photo Exposure Editor

We are looking for someone to help correct and balance exposure in sports portrait photos using Adobe Lightroom Classic. This is not basic preset work. You must review each image, check the histogram, and make precise exposure adjustments to keep skin tones consistent across different lighting and skin types.

• Review each photo individuall
• Check exposure and histogram — fix photos that are too bright or too dark
• Adjust Exposure, Whites, Highlights, Shadows, and Blacks (Lightroom)
• Maintain clean skin detail without clipping or flattening
• Match brightness across individual and group photos

Requirements:

• Must be experienced and skilled with Adobe Lightroom Classic
• Can read and understand a histogram
• Good eye for skin tone accuracy and exposure balance
• Reliable internet
• Strong English communication
• Ability to utilize Chat GPT to verify exposure standards and and develop consistency.
