We’re looking for a skilled Photo Editor to join our growing team at Dwayne Morris Photography / Dapper Media Productions. (Not a video editing position)

About the Role:

Full-time position focused on editing portraits, branding, lifestyle, and event photography.

Tasks include:

Retouching and enhancing portraits (skin correction, blemish removal, natural look).

Color correction and grading for a clean, professional style.

Cropping, resizing, and preparing images for web and print.

Maintaining consistency with brand guidelines across all edits.

Follow editing workflows, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently.

Skills Required:

Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom expertise.

Strong knowledge of retouching techniques (skin, clothing, backgrounds).

Color correction and grading for natural and professional tones.

Attention to detail and consistency across large image batches.

File management and organization skills.

Good English communication skills (written & spoken).

Reliable WiFi and computer capable of handling editing software.

Bonus Skills (Not required, but a plus):

Experience with AI-based editing tools (e.g., Imagen, Aftershoot, Retouch4Me).

Basic graphic design skills (social media posts, thumbnails, marketing graphics).

Knowledge of photo printing standards and file formats.

Compensation:

Base pay + performance-based bonuses.

Opportunity to earn $500–$750 per month, depending on experience and output.
