Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Photo Editor with strong Lightroom skills to edit images to a defined visual style. The right person has a sharp eye for color and tone and can deliver consistent, high-quality results across large batches of images. This role suits someone who combines technical editing ability with a genuine artistic sense.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit digital images in Adobe Lightroom to match a defined look and feel
- Match images to reference photos, getting close to the target tone and mood
- Apply color grading and correction to build a consistent, cohesive style
- Adjust white balance, temperature, exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, whites, and blacks
- Refine texture, clarity, dehaze, vibrance, and saturation per image
- Add subtle film grain and finishing touches for a uniform look
- Crop to specified aspect ratios and rotate or straighten as needed
- Apply an established style across images without depending only on presets

Mandatory Skills:
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Lightroom
- Strong color grading and color correction skills
- Excellent eye for tone, mood, and visual consistency
- Ability to closely match a reference style and replicate it across many images
- Solid understanding of cropping, framing, and aspect ratios
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with a film-inspired or organic editing aesthetic
- Ability to interpret a style from sample work rather than presets alone
- Comfort with batch editing and consistency across large sets
- Familiarity with preset and anchor-image workflows
