WHO YOU ARE
-You are warm, friendly, and confident on the phone.
-You know how to make people feel comfortable within the first few moments of a conversation.
-You enjoy talking with people and helping them move forward.
-You are reliable, proactive, and take responsibility without needing constant supervision.
-You don't sound robotic, scripted, or transactional, and you usually avoid filler words such as "um."
-You understand that being the first voice someone hears can directly impact a company's success.
AVAILABILITY EXPECTATIONS
-Monday-Friday availability during business hours (U.S. Pacific Time)
-Primary phone monitoring coverage between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday-Friday (U.S. Pacific Time Zone)
-Ability to answer calls whenever reasonably available during committed working periods
-Additional responsiveness outside primary coverage hours is part of the ownership mindset required for this role
Success in this role is measured by reliability, responsiveness, caller experience, and ownership, not by sitting at a computer for a specific number of hours (and actually it's perfectly reasonable for some things like phone monitoring to be handled via your own mobile phone outside of primary availability hours).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
-Work-from-home experience
-Night shift experience
-At least 2 years with the same employer
-Executive Assistant, Customer Service, Receptionist, Sales, Hospitality, or BPO experience
-Significant phone-based experience
-Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional speaking voice (using little to no filler words)
-Enjoy using Technology and regularly check your phone
-Prior Property Management experience is not required. We are more interested in strong communication, relationship-building, and phone skills. Our successful teammate came from a sales background.

• You are looking for a role that turns into management or a different path. (We are a small company, which means you will already be handling a wide variety of responsibilities across the business.)

We are a small (5 members) U.S.-based Property Management company that values loyalty, ownership, and long-term relationships. None of us clock in or out. We view the company's success as our success and don't mind checking in frequently to make sure things are running smoothly.
