We are expanding rapidly and need a dedicated phone setter to help us reach our goal of 20 tea ---------- mbers by the end of 2025.

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and motivated Phone Setter to contact warm leads, schedule appointments for our insurance agents, and help manage our growing pipeline. This is a critical role that directly impacts our team's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities





Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company (union members, response cards, and referrals)



Schedule appointments for insurance agents to present life insurance products



Follow up with leads who have not responded or rescheduled



Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and lead status



Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting goals



Provide excellent customer service and represent our agency professionally



Work closely with agents to optimize scheduling and maximize show rates

Required Qualifications





Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - This is essential



Clear, professional phone voice with neutral or easily understood accent



Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service



Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace



Ability to work independently with minimal supervision



Strong organizational skills and attention to detail



Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls



Positive attitude and resilience when handling objections

Preferred Qualifications





Experience in insurance, financial services, or B2C sales



Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools



Experience working with US-based companies



Track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets

Work Schedule

25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview, but must align with US Eastern Time business hours for optimal lead contact.
