What You’ll Be Doing:
• Calling warm leads generated from our
• Setting appointments for HVAC services (AC repair, installation, maintenance, etc.)
• Following up with leads who didn’t answer or need a callback
• Updating lead status and notes in our CRM/ client's CRM (GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, Jobber, etc.)
• Sending confirmation texts/emails to leads after booking
• Reporting daily call volume, appointment stats, and outcomes
• Communicating with the team via Slack for updates and coordination
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent (you’ll be calling US-based homeowners)
• Reliable phone/VOIP setup and a quiet workspace
• Comfortable making 40–60+ calls per shift
• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound/inbound calling (at least 6 months)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a big plus, but we’ll train you)
• Stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)
• Own laptop/desktop with headset
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience in the home services, HVAC, or trades industry
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Background in lead generation or digital marketing agencies
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace
Personality Fit:
• Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanaging
• Friendly, warm phone presence - you can build rapport quickly
• Resilient and positive even after rejected calls
• Detail-oriented when logging call outcomes
• Honest and transparent about results (we care about real numbers, not inflated stats)
Schedule:
• Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week
• Work hours align with US business hours (Central Time - CT)
• Preferred availability: Monday–Friday, with flexible shift options
