I am a financial consultant based in Singapore, serving families and business owners through trusted financial planning services. I’m looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support me in day-to-day admin and client engagement from 9:30am to 5pm. (SGT), Monday to Friday.
This is a remote role, perfect for someone detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently. If you are familiar with the insurance or financial industry that’s a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage claims
Send follow-up
Prepare simple policy summaries before client reviews
Coordinate and schedule Zoo
Send greetings on birthdays and festive seasons (via WhatsApp Web)
Respond to client queries via WhatsApp Web using your computer
Check my
Maintain and update my Google Calendar with appointments and tasks
Track and schedule CPD hours and send reminders
Support with light personal admin (grocery delivery scheduling, helper reminders)
? Requirements:
Fluent in English and familiar with professional business writing
Highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently
Experience with Google Calendar, Gmail, WhatsApp Web, and Zoom
Proactive communicator with good time management
Familiarity with life insurance or financial planning admin is preferred
Able to learn SOPs and follow through accurately
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5pm (Singapore time)
Payment:
SGD $500 to SGD $600 (based on experience)
