Personal Assistant - Marketing & Operations (Full-Time Remote)

CreatorPulse is a fast-growing creator management agency working with personal brands and creators across the US and UK. We're looking for a detail-oriented personal assistant to support our Head of Marketing with day-to-day tasks.

What You'll Be Doing
- Instagram research: finding pages and creators in specific niches (country, fitness, lifestyle, etc.)
- Setting up and preparing Instagram accounts for posting (bio, profile, everything post-ready)
- Content quality control: checking that captions, sounds, and visuals actually match the creator's brand
- Giving structured feedback to creators based on our internal guidelines
- Trend research: staying on top of what's working on Instagram Reels and feeding that into our content planning
- Content research: finding reference accounts, viral hooks, outfit inspiration, and competitor content
- Preparing outfit orders for creators

What We're Looking For:
- You're organized, fast, and don't need your hand held
- You're genuinely interested in social media and understand what good content looks like
- You can work independently and manage multiple tasks at once without dropping the ball
- You pay attention to detail, quality control is a big part of this role
- English must be fluent (written and verbal)
- Available during European daytime hours and flexible enough to turn tasks around quickly when needed
- Experience with Instagram is a must. Experience in the creator economy is a big plus

The Role
- Full-time — 6–8 hours per day
- 100% remote — work from anywhere
- Starting pay: $2/hour + performance bonuses
- Room to grow fast in a scaling agency
