We’re LeadSense.

We generate high-intent consumer leads at scale across insurance, financial services and home services in the UK and North America, working with some of the largest buyers in each market.

We are hiring a Performance Video Editor & Ad Designer to support our paid media team with high-volume ad production.

This is not a branding role. This is a performance-driven role. Speed, structured variation and execution discipline matter more than artistic perfection.

Fully remote. Strong English required.

The Role

You will work closely with media buyers and leadership to produce video and image ads for Meta, YouTube and Native campaigns.

Your job is to ensure creative production never becomes a bottleneck.

You will receive:
• Scripts
• Hooks and angles
• Examples of winning ads
• Clear briefs

Your responsibility is to turn those into structured, high-volume variations quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form performance video ads (15–60 seconds)
• Create multiple variations from one concept (hooks, captions, CTA changes)
• Design static image ads for testing different angles
• Format creatives for multiple placements (feed, stories, reels, native)
• Add subtitles, captions and simple motion graphics
• Use templates to increase speed and consistency
• Use AI tools where appropriate to improve production efficiency
• Organise creative assets clearly for testing

What We’re Looking For

You think in terms of testing, angles and conversion — not just aesthetics.

• 2+ years experience editing paid media ads
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects or similar)
• Comfortable creating static ad creatives (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
• Able to produce high volumes of variations efficiently
• Strong English comprehension
• Reliable communication and fast turnaround

Nice to have:
Direct response experience · UGC-style editing · Experience in lead generation · Familiarity with AI editing tools

• Creative production is fast and structured
• Testing velocity increases
• Turnaround time is measured in hours, not days
• Creative is organised and easy to deploy
