???? Mission
We are looking for a Performance Operations Coordinator to support our marketing and creative operations — tracking performance data, managing creative uploads, handling light customer support, and helping onboard new tea
This is a mid-level role that sits at the intersection of data, operations, and coordination. You are organized, reliable, and comfortable switching between analytical and operational tasks throughout the week.
?? Your Role
You will work closely with the media buying, creative, and customer support teams across our ES and MX markets.
Creative Performance Tracking & Reporting
Every Sunday, calculate the win rate of Creative Strategist creatives for the past 3 weeks
Every Monday, compute MX and ES credits/orders and communicate results for processing
Every Monday, compute ES ABO winners and campaigns with below-target ROAS, updating Notion accordingly
Creative Management :
Upload creatives to the ES
Upload MX creatives according to media buying SOPs and schedules
Customer Support :
Provide customer service support through
Monitor customer inquiries and assist in ensuring timely responses
Team Coordination & Training :
Oversee the work of new hires during onboarding
Provide feedback and guidance for accurate task execution
Assist in adjusting workload distribution to optimize team performance
Tools you'll use :
???? What We're Looking For
? Must Have :
Experience in marketing operations, performance tracking, or e-commerce coordination
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (tracking, computing, reporting)
Organized, autonomous, and able to manage recurring weekly workflows
Familiar with
Reliable and detail-oriented
? Huge Plus :
Experience with Notion, Kanal Manager, or similar tools
Background in e-commerce or DTC brands
Experience onboarding or coordinating tea
???? Languages :
Strong English is required. Spanish skills are very strongly appreciated — we operate across Spain, Mexico, and the US, and daily interactions involve Spanish-speaking markets.

We are an AI-native team. You are expected to use Claude and/or ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow. Basic AI literacy is a minimum requirement: you know how to prompt, iterate, and get real output from these tools — whether for drafting reports, summarizing data, or structuring communications.
