Performance Affiliate Marketer in iGaming (Fixed $300 Commission Per Lead)

We operate two US-facing iGaming ??sting consultancy websites that connect eligible American residents with paid platform testing opportunities. We are looking for self-motivated affiliate marketers who can promote this opportunity independently, find the right candidates, and earn significant commissions for every successful referral.

This is not a salaried role. There is no fixed pay. But for the right person with the right network and marketing skills, the earning potential is substantial with zero cap on monthly referrals.

The Commission Structure:

$300 per successful client — paid immediately upon the referred client completing the program
No monthly cap — refer 10 clients in a month, earn $3,000. Refer 20, earn $6,000.
Payment is straightforward — client completes, you get paid. No complicated tiers or holdback periods.

What You'd Be Doing:
Your job is to find eligible candidates online, explain the opportunity clearly and honestly, and forward interested leads to us for onboarding. Specifically:

Promoting the opportunity across online channels of your choice — social media, forums, communities, content, paid traffic, or any other legitimate channel
Identifying and reaching out to eligible candidates (US residents, 21+, specific regulated states, no prior sportsbook accounts)
Explaining the offer accurately and answering initial questions
Forwarding qualified interested leads to our team for final onboarding
Tracking your own referrals and activity

You choose your own channels, your own schedule, and your own approach — as long as it operates within the guidelines below.

How The Process Works:

You apply and we review your profile
If shortlisted, we share the full details of our offer, how the program works, and what clients can realistically expect
You present us with your proposed marketing approach — which channels, which audience, what messaging
We review and approve your approach before you go live
Once approved, you start promoting and earning.

We take compliance seriously. You will only be permitted to market in ways that are legal, ethical, and accurate. No false claims. No exaggerated income promises. No misleading copy. Any affiliate found making inaccurate representations will be immediately removed from the program.

Requirements:

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, social media marketing, or online promotion
Strong written English — you will be communicating directly with potential US clients
Familiarity with at least one of the following: social media outreach, content marketing, community marketing, paid traffic, or email marketing
Ability to present a clear marketing plan before starting
Reliable internet connection and availability for async communication
