We don’t care about award-winning cinematography or pretty brand aesthetics. We care about Hook Rates, CPAs, and ROAS. We are looking for a ruthlessly efficient creative who understands the psychology of stopping the scroll and driving a click on Meta & TikTok.
The Role:
Design & Edit: Produce high-converting video ads (UGC edits, motion graphics, mashups) and static ads for Meta & TikTok.
Hook Obsession: Create highly attention-grabbing visual/text hooks.
Rapid Production & Learning: We need people who move fast in production & learn new processes quickly.
Data-Driven: Look at the data (Thumb-Stop Ratio, Hold Rate) to figure out why an ad failed, and design the solution.
You Must Have:
A portfolio of Performance Creatives (Not just a generic reel of cool transitions).
Deep understanding of direct-response marketing, consumer psychology, and Meta's + TikTok's current visual landscape.
Speed. You know how to use generative AI, build templates, and work fast without sacrificing the core marketing message.
