About Us
BJ-Ecom B.V. is a fast-growing e-commerce company operating multiple Shopify stores across Europe and North America. With a fully remote team of 20+ professionals, we're scaling aggressively toward 2026—and we need someone who can build the foundation of every store we launch.

The Role
This is a specialized position focused on one thing: building new Shopify stores from scratch that are 100% ready for Google Merchant Center approval. You'll work from our established templates, SOPs, and checklists to create 5–7 stores per week. This isn't a general Shopify, CRO, or marketing role—it's precision work for someone who thrives on structure, consistency, and getting every detail right.

What You'll Do
Build new Shopify stores from scratch using our predefined templates
Configure store structure, pages, navigation, policies, and settings according to detailed checklists
Ensure full compliance with Google Merchant Center guidelines
Prepare stores for GMC submission—zero missing requirements, zero errors
Follow SOPs precisely and document completion for each store
Conduct thorough quality checks before handoff

Requirements
Proven experience setting up Shopify stores from scratch
Strong working knowledge of Shopify settings, pages, policies, and store structure
Familiarity with Google Merchant Center requirements and compliance
Track record of delivering error-free work at scale

Performance Expectations
Deliver 5–7 fully built Shopify stores per week
Pass internal compliance checks on every store
Achieve GMC submission readiness with no missing elements
