We are looking for a high-level creative editor who understands attention, retention, and storytelling — not just basic cuts.

What We Need

You must be able to:
• Edit long-form YouTube videos (10–30 minutes)
• Edit short-form vertical content (30–90 seconds)
• Create engaging hooks in the first 3 seconds
• Add captions, motion graphics, b-roll, zoom-ins, sound effects
• Edit in different styles (clean, cinematic, high-energy, minimal, educational, lifestyle)
• Create scroll-stopping thumbnails
• Color grade properly
• Understand pacing & retention psychology
Bonus if you understand:
• Alex Hormozi-style editing
• Iman Gadzhi-style clean edits
• Fast-paced TikTok storytelling
• Cinematic vlog edits
