This is a low base-pay, high-upside role. The real money is in commission — every product sale you help generate earns you $5. Members already buy these products elsewhere; your job is part of helping them buy through us instead. VAs who are sharp, consistent, and good at building relationships in the community can grow this into serious income over time. We’re looking for people who want to grow with us, not just clock hours.
## What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating 2 graphic posts per day for the Skool community (educational content — peptide info, tips, brand-consistent visuals)
- Posting 3 polls per day designed to spark engagement and conversation
- Messaging at least 3 members per day to build relationships, answer questions, and guide them toward our products
- Responding to member questions and comments across the community
- Communicating regularly with me on priorities, content direction, and member feedback
- Helping keep the community active, engaged, and informed
## What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content creation (e.g., Canva AI, ChatGPT for captions/copy, image generation tools) — you don’t need to be a designer, but you need to move fast and produce clean, on-brand work
- Strong written communication — clear, friendly, professional English
- Self-starter who can manage daily tasks without heavy oversight
- Comfortable with sales conversations — this role involves real selling, not just posting
- Reliable and consistent — daily tasks need to happen daily, not in batches
- Bonus: experience with Skool, health/fitness content, or wellness/supplement spaces
## Pay Structure
- **Base pay:** $2.50/hour, paid weekly
- **Commission:** $5 per product sold that you can be credited with generating (through your outreach, content, or conversations)
- Your income is built primarily through commission — the base pay covers your time on daily tasks, but your earning potential is tied to how well you drive engagement and sales
- Top performers will have opportunities for increased base pay, more responsibility, and higher commission tiers as the community and brand grow
## Growth Path
This is a **starter position** — it’s the entry point into the brand, not the ceiling. As the community and sales grow, I’ll be promoting one person into a **Manager role** overseeing bigger responsibilities: website management, social media sales strategy, and leading other VAs/tea
VAs who are consistent, sharp, and good at driving engagement and sales have real potential to earn over $1,000/month as commission scales — this isn’t capped, and it isn’t guaranteed; it’s tied directly to your performance and the community’s growth. The harder and smarter you work this, the more you make and the faster you move up.
