As we expand our presence and impact, we're looking for a driven and strategic Partnership Manager to lead the development of long-term B2B relationships that will meaningfully scale our customer base.

About the Role:
As our first Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, pitching, and securing high-volume, high-impact partnerships with real estate developers, property managers, and other strategic stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the full partnership lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluating leads, to building relationships, pitching our value proposition, closing agreements, and maximizing partnership output.

This role is ideal for someone highly entrepreneurial, self-organized, and deeply motivated by ownership and growth.

Responsibilities:

Independently research and identify prospective B2B partners, with a focus on organizations that offer high potential for job volume (e.g., property management firms, developers of multi-residential or senior living communities, etc.)

Strategically evaluate targets based on key factors such as market reach, number of residences, and alignment with Moovy’s service model

Communicate clearly which companies you’ve selected for outreach, why they’re a fit, and who within those organizations to target

Use tools such as LinkedIn, industry directories, and creative research methods to find the right contacts (e.g., operations, experience, or community managers)

Lead outreach efforts, from initial touchpoints through to final negotiations and signed agreements

Pitch Moovy’s value proposition and partnership model through compelling written and verbal presentations

Design and implement a partnership strategy tailored to each collaboration — including scope, communication, and performance tracking

Serve as the ongoing point of contact for partners and collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership success

Constantly look for new opportunities and sectors that can generate significant customer pipelines for Moovy

Who You Are:

3–5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or high-touch sales roles

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capturing new opportunities

Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage your own pipeline and processes end-to-end

Strong strategic thinker — able to prioritize high-impact opportunities over one-off or low-value collaborations

Excellent communicator and presenter, with the ability to explain your reasoning and decisions backed by research and data

Skilled in using LinkedIn, CRMs, and outreach tools to identify, engage, and close key stakeholders

Experience in or familiarity with real estate, property management, or senior living sectors is a strong asset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where initiative and results are valued above all else
