JOB OVERVIEW

At Launch Vector, we acquire and operate eCommerce businesses alongside capital partners.

We are looking for highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented Partner Success Representatives to serve as the bridge between our internal operations team and our acquisition partners.

This role is critical.

Our partners trust us to operate and grow the businesses they invest in, and your role is to ensure they remain informed, updated, and confident in what is happening across the portfolio.

You will work closely with operations, marketing, bookkeeping, media buying, and leadership teams to communicate updates clearly and professionally to partners.

This is not a passive support role.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, stay organized across multiple brands, and proactively keep communication flowing.

What You’ll Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)
- Communicate consistently with acquisition partners regarding updates across their brands
- Attend weekly marketing and operations meetings for assigned brands
- Take detailed notes during meetings and summarize key updates clearly
- Post internal updates into Slack channels for visibility across teams
- Send partners updates regarding:
- Brand performance
- Marketing initiatives
- Operational developments
- New projects and priorities
- Creative testing and ad launches
- Coordinate and send newly developed ad creatives and assets to partners
- Help oversee distribution of monthly profit & loss reports
- Work with bookkeeping teams to help answer basic partner questions regarding transactions and reporting
- Track ongoing initiatives and ensure partners remain informed on progress
- Maintain organized communication records and follow-ups
- Help coordinate across departments to ensure information stays accurate and up to date

- Works well cross-functionally with operations, marketing, finance, and leadership teams

Preferred Experience
- Shopify experience is a major plus
- Ability to navigate Shopify dashboards
- Understand store performance metrics
- Understand order and sales data
- Experience in account management, partner success, client success, project management, or operations
- Familiarity with Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
- Experience communicating with clients, investors, or partners professionally
- eCommerce or digital marketing familiarity is highly preferred
