Part/Full Time Video Editor (CapCut / TikTok)

We're hiring a part/full time video editor for a fast-growing TikTok page producing high-volume, viral short-form content. You'll work directly with the founder and be a core part of a small, fast-moving team.

Editing is straightforward — but execution needs to be clean, punchy, and on-pace with what's performing right now.

What You'll Be Editing ????????

-Talking head videos — cut dead space, tighten pacing, keep energy high
-Talking head with overlays — add supporting images on screen that match what's being said
-B-roll content — match visuals to a voiceover using provided footage
-Minor effects — dynamic zoom, cropping, transitions (nothing heavy)

Requirements ????????

- Strong English (reading and writing)

- Previous experience editing in CapCut, TikTok, or Reels
- Basic understanding of AI image generation (used for overlay sourcing)
- Sharp attention to detail — clip selection and pacing matter here
- Reliable internet connection
- Available 2–3 hours/day, 5–6 days/week
- Can receive payments via Wise / paypal
- Works well on a team and takes feedback without ego

Pay: $300/month + performance bonuses. we're looking for someone who can grow into full-time. Pay increases come fast for the right person.

I have a viral video. Your job is to recreate it as closely as possible using the raw clips I'll provide.
Your task will be:

- Watch the reference video and study it — pacing, cuts, cropping, energy

- Use the clips provided to recreate it as close to the original as possible

- Match the cut timing, clip selection, and overall feel

- Export and send a link to your finished edit

The closer it is to the reference, the better. That's the whole test.
