JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Adobe Illustrator designer to join our team on a part-time, project-based basis. You will be working on product packaging and label documents — updating and refining artwork and exporting print-ready PDF files whenever we make changes to our product line, as our supplier requires .AI-files with outlining.

This is a flexible, gig-style role. There is no fixed weekly schedule — we will reach out when work is available, so you must be comfortable with an on-demand arrangement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Edit and update existing product packaging and label designs in Adobe Illustrator
• Ensure all artwork is print-ready with correct bleeds, margins, and color profiles (CMYK)
• Export finalized files as high-quality PDFs to exact specifications (usually outlined .AI-files)
• Communicate clearly about turnaround times and flag any design issues

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Proven experience with Adobe Illustrator (please include portfolio or samples)
• Strong understanding of print production — bleeds, safe zones, CMYK, PDF export settings
• Experience with product packaging or label design is a big plus
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
• Good English communication skills

ARRANGEMENT:
• Part-time / project-based (on-demand — no guaranteed hours per week)
• Rate is negotiable depending on experience — please include your expected rate when applying
• Remote / work from home

HOW TO APPLY:
Send us a message with:
1. A link to your portfolio or at least 2–3 samples of packaging or label work
2. A brief note about your experience with print-ready PDF production (outlined files)
3. Your expected hourly or per-project rate and your on-demand availability

We look forward to hearing from you!
