We are a growing US-based eCommerce brand and a Registered US Trademark owner, operating on Amazon and Walmart. We are looking for a highly skilled, meticulous eCommerce Bookkeeper with a solid accounting background to manage our finances. You will be responsible for keeping our QuickBooks Online (QBC) 100?curate, clean, and audit-ready.

• Bank & Credit Card Matching: Keep track of all expenses, software subscriptions, and factory payments across all bank accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Generate accurate monthly P&L (Profit & Loss) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports.
Requirements:
• Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor or a solid degree in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 2+ years of verified experience in eCommerce Bookkeeping (Amazon/Walmart mandatory).
• Deep understanding of Accrual vs. Cash basis accounting for inventory and COGS.
