Part-Time Workflow & Marketing Automation Manager

Alexen Academy is looking for a part-time Workflow & Marketing Automation Manager to help us build better systems for our online training business.

We help truck drivers, owner-operators, and fleet builders learn how to find and secure trucking and waste contract opportunities through online courses, webinars, AI tools, and member support.

We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, good with automation, and interested in copywriting, funnels, email, SMS, and AI tools.

We need someone who can help turn ideas into working workflows.

*What You’ll Help With

You will help us build, improve, test, and organize workflows across:

* GoHighLevel
* ClickFunnels
* ClickUp
* Thinkific
* Email
* SMS
* Claude AI / ChatGPT
* Google Docs / Sheets

*Main Responsibilities

You will help with:

* GoHighLevel workflow setup and testing
* Webinar follow-up workflows
* Webinar no-show follow-up
* Buyer onboarding workflows
* Support ticket follow-up workflows
* Email and SMS message drafts
* ClickFunnels page and link checks
* Funnel-to-GHL connection checks
* ClickUp task organization
* Workflow documentation
* SOP/checklist creation
* Organizing future workflow ideas

*What We’re Looking For

The right person should be able to:

* Understand basic marketing automation
* Build or help build GHL workflows
* Understand how funnels work
* Write clear email and SMS copy
* Know the difference between email copy and SMS copy
* Use Claude AI or ChatGPT in a smart way
* Organize messy ideas into clear steps
* Test links, tags, triggers, and workflows
* Document what was built
* Think through the customer journey
* Work independently after clear direction is given

*Hours

Approximately 20 hours per week. This is a part-time remote role.

*Weekly Focus

Most weeks will include:

* 6–8 hours: GHL workflow builds and fixes
* 4–5 hours: Email and SMS copy support
* 3–4 hours: ClickFunnels and funnel checks
* 2–3 hours: ClickUp organization and documentation
* 1–2 hours: Workflow planning and improvement ideas

*First Projects May Include

* Improve webinar no-show follow-up
* Improve webinar attended-but-did-not-buy follow-up
* Improve new buyer onboarding
* Improve AI Tool trial follow-up
* Improve support ticket follow-up
* Create workflow checklists and SOPs
