Part-Time WordPress & Elementor VA/Tutor – Real Estate Focus

Hi Dear,

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant (VA) / tutor to help build and manage my WordPress website using Elementor. This is a part-time role, 3 hours/day, 4-6 days/week, with potential to increase hours and grow into a long-term role for the right candidate.

Experience with real estate websites is a big plus! You will help set up pages, add content, customize layouts, and gradually guide me so I can manage and update the website independently.

Responsibilities

Follow step-by-step instructions to set up WordPress pages using Elementor.
Add and format text, images, buttons, videos, and audio on pages.
Customize layout, colors, and fonts according to branding instructions.
Organize navigation menus and page structure.
Install or update plugins as instructed (contact forms, SEO, video/audio, etc.).
Test links, buttons, forms, and media to ensure they work.
Provide daily guidance/tutorials on how to use Elementor for future updates.
Report progress daily with screenshots, notes, or short screen recordings.


Requirements:

Basic WordPress knowledge preferred, but willingness to learn Elementor is most important.
Detail-oriented, careful, and consistent.
Reliable internet connection and good communication skills.
Real estate website experience is a plus.
Can commit 3 hours/day, 4 days/week, with potential for more hours in the future.


Job Details:

Hours: 3 hours/day, 4 days/week (flexible schedule possible)
Rate: $3/hour
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Start Date: ASAP
Long-Term Potential: Yes – hours and responsibilities can increase for the right candidate.


Test Task (Paid – 1 Hour Max)

Objective: Assess ability to follow instructions, build a simple Elementor page, and demonstrate attention to detail.

Instructions:

1. Create one simple page in WordPress using Elementor.
2. Include the following elements:

Heading/title
Paragraph text (sample text provided)
Image (sample image provided)
Button linking to a dummy page
3. Apply basic styling: font, colors, and layout so it looks neat.
4. Take a screenshot or screen recording showing the page completed.
5. Optional: Include short notes explaining how you built the page.

Evaluation Criteria

Follows instructions carefully
Page layout is neat and visually consistent
Attention to detail
Communication clarity (notes/screenshots)
