JOB OVERVIEW

Wonder Weddings is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time assistant to help us with daily social media posting
and wedding planning admin. This role is ideal for someone organised, responsive, professional, and comfortable
working with emails, vendors, and simple social media scheduling.

Role Overview
Hours 2 hours per day
Schedule Tuesday to Saturday
Location Remote
Type Part-time contractor/casual


The role is split into two main areas:
- 1 hour per day: Social media posting
- 1 hour per day: Emails, vendor replies, and wedding planning admin support
Please note: this is not a content creation role. We will create the photos, videos, captions, and content strategy. Your
role is to help post, schedule, organise, and keep things moving.
Main Responsibilities

Social Media Posting
- Posting prepared content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and/or other platforms
- Scheduling posts using our tools and instructions
- Making sure captions, tags, links, and locations are correct
- Following our posting checklist
- Keeping track of what has been posted
- Letting us know if anything is missing before posting
Again, you do not need to create content from scratch. We will provide the creative assets.

Wedding Admin & Vendor Support
- Replying to simple client and vendor emails using our templates
- Following up with vendors about availability, quotes, and booking details
- Helping organise wedding planning information
- Updating trackers, notes, and client/vendor information
- Making sure no email or vendor reply gets missed
- Escalating anything important to our team before replying

This role requires someone who can communicate clearly, politely, and professionally because you may be helping
with real wedding planning communication. Good English is a must!!!

- Calm, professional, and respectful with clients and vendors
- Able to work independently without needing constant supervision
