I'm the Chief Marketing Officer at a crane and heavy equipment company, and I'm looking for a sharp, trustworthy part-time virtual assistant to help me stay organized across both my personal and professional life. I run a busy operation and need someone who can take things off my plate — not just follow instructions, but think ahead and keep things moving.
What you'll be helping with:
— Calendar and schedule management — booking, rescheduling, reminders, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
— Travel coordination — flights, hotels, rental cars, itineraries
— Personal errands and tasks — researching options, making calls, placing orders, handling returns
— Finding and vetting people — contractors, freelancers, vendors, service providers for various projects
—
— Working with AI tools — I use AI assistants and automation tools regularly and need someone comfortable learning and integrating with them
— Marketing support — helping with social media scheduling, basic graphic design tasks, content coordination, and keeping campaigns on track
— Light research — gathering info, comparing options, pulling together summaries
— General life admin — whatever comes up that needs a capable person to handle it
What I'm looking for:
— Highly organized and detail-oriented — you don't let things fall through the cracks
— Strong English communication — written and verbal, since you'll be
— Proactive — you don't wait to be told every little thing, you anticipate what's needed
— Trustworthy and discreet — you'll have access to personal information and I need someone I can rely on
— Tech savvy — comfortable with Google Workspace, calendar apps, task management tools, and willing to learn new platforms including AI tools
— Marketing knowledge is a big plus — experience with social media platforms, Canva or basic graphic design,
— Reliable internet and availability during US business hours (Mountain Time) for at least part of your day
— Experience as a VA or in an executive assistant / admin role is a plus
This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into more hours as we build a working relationship. I'm looking for someone long-term, not a quick gig.
If this sounds like you, send me a short intro about yourself, your experience, and how you like to stay organized. Bonus points if you've worked with AI tools or have a marketing background.
