We are a growing Amazon FBA business looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to help with online arbitrage (OA) product sourcing. If you are analytical, organized, and enjoy researching products online, this role is for you!

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for finding profitable products from online retailers that can be resold on Amazon for a profit. You will use tools like Keepa, SellerAmp SAS, Tactical Arbitrage, and manual sourcing techniques. Training and SOPs will be provided, but experience is highly preferred.

This position starts part-time with opportunities for increased hours, full-time role, and long-term growth.  

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Find profitable OA product leads that meet our specific criteria (ROI, profit margin, BSR, sales velocity).
- Analyze products using Keepa, SellerAmp SAS, and other sourcing tools.
- Perform manual sourcing on websites like Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Walgreens, etc.
- Ensure the product exactly matches the Amazon listing (UPC, size, model, packaging).
- Identify any IP risks, brand restrictions, or listing issues.
- Track all leads in organized spreadsheets or Airtable systems.
- Provide daily/weekly sourcing reports with detailed product data.
- Recommend replenishable products based on pricing and sales trends.
- Communicate clearly and follow all SOPs and checklists.

???? REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Skills
Experience with Online Arbitrage (Amazon FBA sourcing)
Strong understanding of Keepa charts (price history, BSR trends, competition)
Proficiency with SellerAmp SAS or similar tools
Ability to calculate ROI, profit margins, and sales potential
Excellent attention to detail
Strong English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a working computer

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Familiarity with Tactical Arbitrage, RevSeller, or similar tools
Experience working with Amazon Seller Central
Previous experience with a US/UK Amazon seller
Spreadsheet proficiency (Google Sheets, Excel)

???? PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Deliver a minimum of 4-6 high-quality leads per day (or per shift).
- Maintain accuracy with product matching and profitability calculations.
- Follow instructions, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
- Maintain confidentiality of all business information.

???? COMPENSATION
