We are a growing UK-based business looking for a reliable and highly organised Virtual Assistant to support our customer service and daily administration operations.
This is a long-term remote role for approximately 15 hours per week. Working hours are flexible and can be spread across the week, however there may occasionally be tasks that need to be completed outside standard working hours depending on customer enquiries and business requirements.
We are looking for someone with excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer communication in a professional and friendly manner.
Main Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer
• Answer common customer questions using company FAQs, templates, and internal guidance
• Manage customer bookings and make booking amendments when requested
• Move customer bookings between dates, venues, or services when required
• Review incoming bank payments and allocate payments to customer bookings accurately
• Update customer records and maintain organised booking/payment information
• Monitor inboxes and prioritise urgent customer enquiries
• Support general administration tasks as required
Requirements:
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or virtual assistant work preferred
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling bookings and payments
• Comfortable using
• Able to work independently and follow clear processes accurately
• Reliable internet connection and professional working environment
• Flexible availability when occasional evening or weekend tasks arise
Hours:
• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Flexible schedule based on workload
• Occasional out-of-hours work may be required
