London Suitables is a growing property management company in London. We provide landlords with guaranteed rent and ensure tenants are well looked after, fostering a small community.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day business operations. This role involves administrative support, bookkeeping, property ad management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
General Administration: Manage emails, update records, and handle ad hoc tasks.
Bookkeeping: Assist with financial tracking, bank reconciliations, and reports (basic accounting knowledge required).
Customer Support: Respond to tenant and landlord inquiries with professionalism and a friendly touch.
Property Ads & Listings: Manage and update property listings on rental platforms.
Process Improvement: Help streamline workflows and keep documentation organized.

Who We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and willingness to learn new tools (important!).
Experience in administration, bookkeeping, or customer service.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
Positive attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
