Hi there! I'm a Senior Business Development Manager based in Australia, looking for a reliable and detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant from the Philippines** to help streamline my admin so I can focus on sales and client conversations.

This is a **part-time role (8 hours/week to start)** with the potential to grow. I’ll provide full training – I just need someone proactive, organised, and good with systems.

**Tasks include:**

* CRM updates on HubSpot
* Researching and creating lead lists (e.g. name, venue, role, email) - through CRM and data base
* Data entry & admin clean-up


Requirements:
* Must have experience using Hubspot otherwise please don't reply
* Strong written English & attention to detail
* Admin or VA experience
* Familiarity with Google Suite, and hubspot
* Fast learner with a can-do attitude
* Stable internet and availability during Australian business hours (at least partially)


**Offer:**
Starting rate: **AUD $7/hour** (with room to increase)
* Weekly pay via Wise or Payoneer
* Part-time to start, may become long-term if it’s a good fit
* Flexible schedule – just meet deadlines and communicate well
