Virtual Assistant – Sales + Operations

We’re a short-term rental business based in Australia growing through rental arbitrage and looking for a solid VA to help with both lead generation and day-to-day operations.


Sales / Leads

Find and reach out to potential landlords and property owners
Generate and follow up on leads
Help book calls and keep a simple lead tracker updated
Assist with outreach messages and follow-ups

Operations support

Coordinate cleaners and schedules
Communicate with guests, owners, and contractors
Help manage maintenance issues
Update calendars, listings, and basic admin tasks
Write or assist with guest reviews

What we’re looking for
Experience in sales, lead gen, or customer service
Good English and confident communication (STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITHOUT AI. We don't mind if you use AI, but this cannot make up for a lack of English skills, or make your messages sound like a bot).
Organised and reliable
Comfortable reaching out to people (assertive, and not shy)
Can manage both sales and admin without being micromanaged

Experience in Airbnb or property is a bonus but not required.
