Part-Time Technical VA — n8n Automations & AI-Powered Development

I run a small AI automation agency serving B2B clients. I handle all client communication, strategy, and final review. I need a skilled technical builder who can take my written specs and deliver working n8n automations and AI-powered frontends.

You will build in your own environment and deliver exported workflow JSON files and Loom walkthroughs. I review your work, plug in production credentials, and deploy to clients. This is a long-term role for someone who does great work and communicates clearly.

What you'll build:
- n8n workflows: API integrations, webhooks, data processing, AI agent chains
- Supabase backends: database setup, queries, edge functions
- Frontend apps and landing pages using Lovable (nice-to-have)
- Testing and debugging automations before delivery

Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience building n8n workflows (not Make, not Zapier — n8n specifically)
- Solid understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and HTTP methods
- Ability to export workflow JSON and walk through builds via Loom video
- Daily async updates on progress
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to work faster

Hours: ~20/week, flexible schedule
Pay: $300–500/month depending on experience

1. Describe an n8n workflow you've built that uses an AI agent (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or the n8n AI Agent node). What did the agent do, and how did the rest of the workflow support it?

2. Show me an output from one of your automations that you're proud of — this could be a generated email, a report, a formatted message, a dashboard entry, anything the automation produced. Screenshot or paste it and briefly explain what workflow created it.

3. Attach a screenshot of an n8n workflow you're proud of. If you cannot share a client's workflow, build a quick demo and screenshot that.

4. How do you use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) in your workflow building process? Give a specific example.

5. What is your monthly rate expectation for ~20 hours/week? What timezone are you in?
