Part-Time Systems Operator

I’m a visionary entrepreneur behind tools like Geaux Star and Geaux Table through my company, Geaux Systems, LLC., which helps businesses grow through smart automation. I create powerful ideas, but now I need someone to turn those ideas into action..

I’m looking for a part-time operator who loves organizing chaos, building systems, and driving projects forward without needing constant direction. This is remote, flexible, and long-term for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take my ideas and turn them into step-by-step action plans
• Set up systems, workflows, and basic automation (I’ll train you)
• Manage project tasks inside Trello or ClickUp
• Document and improve internal processes (SOPs)
• Help me stay focused on what drives revenue

I'm Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Organized, self-motivated, and obsessed with completion
• Excited to learn tools like Go High Level, Trello, Google Suite, and Zapier
• Confident enough to take initiative, humble enough to ask questions
• Reliable and consistent — I can count on you to finish what you start
• Available 10–20 hrs/week with flexibility to grow
