NannyGranny is an Australian-based service connecting experienced caregivers with families who need trusted support. We are a founder-led brand focused on rebuilding community structure, and helping families find care they can trust from within their local neighbourhood.
We are looking for a Social Media Content Editor & Community Manager to help grow our organic audience and engage our community.

Help grow our Instagram and

Growth in followers
Engagement (comments, messages, interactions)
Participation in our community
???? Responsibilities
Content editing & publishing
Edit short videos (Reels) using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
Turn raw footage (media clips, founder videos) into engaging social posts
Add brand graphics, icons, and captions
Create static and basic animated organic social content (x3 per week)
Schedule and publish content on Instagram and
CRM
Develop & deploy monthly brand newsletter
Partner with Sales Team to qualify leads (Hubspot)
Community management
Reply to comments and messages in a warm, helpful tone
Engage with followers and encourage conversation
Monitor notifications and interactions
Inbox support
Help manage customer messages (Gmail + CRM platform Drip - similar to MailChimp)
Direct inquiries to the right place
Maintain friendly customer communication
???? Requirements
Experience editing short social videos (Reels/Instagram & TikTok style)
Strong skills in CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
Good written English
Reliable and responsive
Understanding of Instagram and
Positive, caring communication style
Bonus (not required)
Experience with HubSpot & Drip
Customer support experience
Experience in growing audiences with LinkedIn and TikTok (future growth channels)
