We are looking for a detail-oriented SEO Blog Writer & WordPress Publisher to help grow a real estate investment website focused on cap rate calculators and rental property analysis.

This is a long-term, part-time role for someone who understands SEO writing and can consistently publish high-quality blog content.

We are specifically looking for someone experienced in SEO blog writing and WordPress publishing.

???? Responsibilities

Write 6–10 SEO-optimized blog articles per week (1,000–1,500 words)

Follow keyword briefs and search intent instructions

Format and publish articles inside WordPress

Add internal links between blog posts

Write meta titles and meta descriptions

Insert images (Canva or royalty-free sources)

Submit published posts for indexing in Google Search Console

Follow structured SOPs and content templates

???? Required Skills

Strong written English (natural, not robotic)

Experience writing SEO blog articles

Basic understanding of keyword research

Experience using WordPress (editor, categories, tags, formatting)

Familiar with headings (H1, H2, H3 structure)

Ability to follow detailed instructions

Reliable internet connection

Organized and deadline-driven

Bonus (not required but helpful):

Experience with real estate or finance topics

Familiar with tools like SurferSEO, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

Basic understanding of internal linking strategy

Part-time: 15–25 hours per week

Rate: Up to $4/hour based on experience
