As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our hiring efforts and helping us build a strong, high-performing team. You'll be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring candidates have a smooth and professional experience every step of the way.

What You'll Do
Post and manage job advertisements across various platforms.
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide timely updates and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Support recruitment reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Help create an outstanding candidate experience through professional and engaging communication.

What We're Looking For
C1-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable.
Comfortable using remote work tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and similar platforms.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
