Part-Time Real Estate Video Editor

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Virtual Assistant to support our real estate marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for editing both short-form and long-form video content to help grow our brand presence, engage our audience, and generate leads through social media and digital marketing channels.
The ideal candidate has strong video editing skills, understands social media trends, can work independently, and is able to deliver high-quality content on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Edit long-form video content for YouTube, marketing campaigns, and educational content
Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and effects to enhance viewer engagement
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips
Maintain consistent branding across all video content
Organize and manage video files, assets, and project folders
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to implement feedback and revisions
Ensure all content is delivered accurately and on time

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Video Editor, Content Editor, or similar role
Strong proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar platforms
Experience editing content for social media platforms
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience editing real estate content
Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
Experience creating motion graphics and basic animations
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools

Work Schedule
Part-Time
Approximately 20 hours per week (10 hours supporting each partner)
Preferred availability is between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM EST
The exact distribution of hours may be flexible from day to day, provided all assigned tasks are completed and each partner receives approximately 10 hours of support per week
Candidates should be available during overlapping business hours to ensure timely communication, feedback, content approvals, revisions, and posting of approved content
