Monument Catios LLC is a custom cat enclosure design and construction company based in Phoenix, AZ, serving clients across Arizona, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. We design and build premium outdoor cat enclosures and indoor cat wall systems for homeowners who want the best for their pets.
Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized Virtual Assistant to support our internal project coordination and social media function full-time (40 hours/week). This is an operations and admin-focused role -- you will be managing the moving pieces across multiple active projects simultaneously, keeping our internal team aligned, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Administration:
- Keep our project management board (
- Coordinate internally with our design team, head of construction, and drafters to make sure each project is progressing on schedule
- Track deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects and flag anything at risk of falling behind
- Assist with filing building permits through county and city permitting portals (training provided and ONLY IF NEEDED)
- Send clients build schedule confirmations and project status
- Coordinate build dates between our head of construction and subcontractors
- Send calendar invites for scheduled builds and client touchpoints
- Keep internal project documentation organized and up to date
Social Media:
- Create engaging content for our Instagram and
- Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite
- Maintain a consistent, warm, and approachable brand voice that connects with cat lovers
- Support basic content planning and consistency across platforms
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Proven experience in project coordination, operations management, or administrative roles -- ideally managing multiple projects at once
- Strong internal team coordination skills -- comfortable keeping multiple people on track across different functions
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in
- Experience creating and scheduling social media content, preferably for a product or lifestyle brand
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
- Available to overlap with US Mountain Time business hours (Arizona, MST/no DST)
- Experience supporting US-based clients or companies is a plus
- Familiarity with residential construction or home improvement is a bonus but not required
