Position Overview
The Operations & Communications Virtual Assistant manages organizational calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and internal tracking systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
You help ensure every opportunity and every person receives a timely response.

Responsibilities
Call & Intake Management
• Answer incoming organizational calls
• Return voi
• Provide approved program information
• Log inquiries accurately
• Route urgent matters appropriately
?
Relationship Follow-Up
• Send thank-you and follow-up communications
• Maintain donor and partner records
• Track ongoing engagement
?
Systems & Tracking
Maintain organizational trackers including:
• partner contacts
• inquiries
• referrals
• program updates
?
Light Social Media Support
• Assist with 3–4 weekly posts
• Share approved updates and success stories
• Maintain consistent presence
