Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Part-Time Merch by Amazon Print-on-Demand Upload Specialist to support the creation, optimization, and publishing of products on the Merch by Amazon platform. This role is responsible for uploading designs, optimizing listings for search visibility, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and maintaining catalog accuracy.

The ideal candidate has direct experience with Merch by Amazon (or similar print-on-demand platforms), strong attention to detail, and a working knowledge of keyword research and marketplace best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Upload designs to Merch by Amazon in accordance with internal workflows and brand guidelines

Create optimized product listings, including titles, bullet points, and descriptions using keyword research

Conduct basic market and keyword research to improve discoverability and ranking

Ensure all listings comply with Amazon and Merch policy requirements (trademark, copyright, content guidelines)

Select appropriate product types, colors, and pricing strategies

Maintain accurate records of uploads and track publishing status

Monitor rejected listings and resolve compliance issues when applicable

Organize and manage digital design assets systematically

Collaborate with design and strategy teams to prioritize uploads based on trends and performance data

Qualifications

Prior experience with Merch by Amazon required

Experience with other print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Etsy POD, Teespring) preferred

Understanding of Amazon SEO principles and keyword research tools

Familiarity with trademark research tools (e.g., USPTO, Merch Informer, Helium 10)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines

Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)

Strong written English skills for listing optimization

Basic understanding of Amazon marketplace trends

Experience tracking listing performance and iterating based on data

Knowledge of copyright and intellectual property compliance in e-commerce
