Part-Time Image Generation using Midjourney + Editing Specialist

We are a fast-paced startup specializing in the acquisition of and partnership with small businesses. As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a creative and experienced Part-Time Image Generation and Editing Specialist to join our remote team. We require a talented individual who can generate captivating images using Midjourney and possesses strong photo editing skills. The position initially offers an estimated 5-10 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize Midjourney tools to create visually appealing and high-quality images that align with our brand and target audience.
- Edit and enhance images as needed, ensuring a professional and engaging final output.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project goals and specifications for image generation.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in creating and editing images.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and software to continually improve image generation and editing skills.
- Provide support for other initiatives within the company, such as social media content creation and marketing collateral design.
- Other responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in image generation and editing, preferably in a professional setting.
- Strong working knowledge of Midjourney for creating visually appealing images.
- Strong photo editing skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop or other comparable tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, understanding of aesthetics, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in creating images for marketing and advertising purposes.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles, typography, and understanding of file formats.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for optimizing images for web use.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and SquareSpace is a strong plus.

Tech requirements:

** Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
** Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed and 20 MPBS Upload speed
