BreezyBNB is a growing short-term rental management company based in Calgary, Canada, managing Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct booking properties. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Guest Communications Agent to join our team.

Position Details
Role: Guest Communications Agent

Schedule:
Wednesday and Thursday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time (Calgary)
Approximately 16–20 hours per week
Hours may increase or decrease based on business demand

Compensation:
$4 USD per hour

Responsibilities
Respond to guest inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct booking channels
Assist guests before, during, and after their stay
Handle reservation modifications and guest requests
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance personnel, and vendors
Escalate urgent issues when necessary
Maintain accurate guest communication records
Follow company SOPs and communication standards
Deliver exceptional customer service and response times

Requirements
Excellent written English communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Reliable internet connection and computer
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Strong attention to detail
Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, Airbnb, or customer support is preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Hostaway, Hospitable, Guesty, or similar platforms
Experience working remotely
Familiarity with short-term rental operations
