About the Project
REPSShield is a specialized time-tracking platform designed for real estate professionals to ensure IRS compliance (Real Estate Professional Status). The application automates time tracking by integrating with Google/Outlook calendars and emails, using AI to categorize activities and generate audit-ready evidence.

The Role
We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to help maintain and expand our current platform. You will work directly with the codebase to implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize existing integrations.

Our project is built on a modern TypeScript stack. You must be proficient with:

Core
* Language: TypeScript (Strict mode)
* Frontend: React 18, Vite, TailwindCSS
* Backend: Express.js, Node.js
* Database: PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM

Responsibilities
* Feature Development: Build and deploy new features across the full stack (e.g., "Audit Defense" workflows, Weekly Digest emails).
* Integrations: Maintain and improve integrations with Gmail (IMAP/API), Google Calendar, and Outlook.
* Bug Fixes: Debug issues in both frontend and backend (e.g., OAuth flows, data sync discrepancies).
* AI Implementation: Work with AI prompts and logic to improve categorization accuracy.
* PDF Generation: Maintain audit trail generation using PDFKit/PDF-Lib.

Requirements
* Strong TypeScript experience: You should be comfortable writing type-safe code for both client and server.
* React mastery: Functional components, custom hooks, and understanding of the React lifecycle.
* Backend competence: Experience with Express.js middleware, API design, and database schema management.
* SQL Knowledge: Ability to write and understand complex queries (we use Drizzle ORM but SQL knowledge is essential).
* Git proficiency: You will be pulling changes, resolving conflicts, and pushing code regularly.

Nice to Have
* Experience with Google/Microsoft Graph APIs.
* Familiarity with IMAP protocols.
* Experience with Puppeteer or PDF generation.
* Knowledge of Stripe webhooks and subscription management.
