We are seeking a highly experienced Google Ads Manager to take ownership of substantial advertising budgets and drive measurable business growth through strategic campaign management.
This role is for an expert-level media buyer who has successfully managed tens of thousands of dollars in monthly ad spend and can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results.
Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, and Performance Max.
* Oversee significant monthly advertising budgets while maintaining profitability and ROI.
* Develop and execute campaign strategies to generate qualified leads and sales.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
* Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
* Implement and manage conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
* Produce clear performance reports and actionable recommendations.
* Continuously test and improve campaign performance through A/B testing and optimization.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
* Demonstrated experience managing $20,000+ per month in Google Ads spend
* Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
* Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
* Ability to independently manage campaigns and provide strategic direction.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
