I’m a business mentor + content creator looking for a highly reliable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with experience in GoHighLevel, Zapier, and online business operations.

? Responsibilities (20 hrs/week)

You will support the backend operations of my coaching business:

???? Tech & Automations
• Manage CRM tasks inside GoHighLevel
• Build + update workflows, automations, triggers, tags, pipelines
• Create or maintain Zapier automations
• Manage integrations (e.g., Zoom ? Vimeo ? Skool)
• Troubleshoot tech issues inside GHL, Skool, Zapier, Vimeo, ConvertKit

???? Admin + Operations
• Upload weekly group coaching call replays
• Upload lesson videos into Skool
• Update client records, tags, and notes
• Manage contracts + send automated agreements
• Alert Client Success Manager when new clients enroll
• Support with onboarding tasks and client reminders

???? Community & Light Customer Support
• Reply to comments/questions in my Skool community
• Update FAQ responses and templates
• Notify me of important client messages
• Support client experience with kindness and professionalism

???? Weekly Responsibilities
• Weekly check-in message + task summary
• Keep SOPs and systems updated
• Proactively identify things that can be automated or streamlined

• Are confident with Zapier
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
