We're an established Australian ecommerce business (professional beauty supplies) looking for a reliable, detail-focused virtual assistant to take over recurring operational tasks and grow with us over time.
This is a long-term, ongoing role — not a one-off project. We want someone who learns how we work, becomes part of how the business runs, and stays. We treat our team well, pay fairly and on time, and grow the role for the right person.

What you'll be doing (to start):
- Scheduling and quality-checking our
- Pulling together reports from our sales and marketing platforms
- Uploading new products to Shopify (images, descriptions, variants, collections)
- General Shopify and spreadsheet tasks
- Scheduling social media posts
What you'll grow into (over time, as trust builds):
- Loading ads
- Supplier follow-ups
- Additional responsibilities as you settle in
You won't be expected to do everything from day one. We start you on a few tasks, document them clearly with you, and add more as you get comfortable.
What we're looking for:
- Strong attention to detail — this is the most important quality for this role
- Experience with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform
- Good written English
- Able to follow written instructions accurately and consistently
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable asking a clear question when something's unclear, rather than guessing
- Reliable internet
Nice to have (not essential):
- Klaviyo or other
- Canva or basic image editing
- Reporting / spreadsheet confidence
- Ecommerce VA background
The arrangement:
- $8–12/hour USD depending on demonstrated experience (most start around $10)
- 4–8 hours/week initially, growing to 10+ as the role expands
- Some weeks busier than others around sales and campaigns
- Paid weekly via Wise
