Part-Time Data Entry for QuickBooks Online – Long-Term

Looking for a reliable person to help with invoice data entry in QuickBooks Online. This is ongoing work, about 4–8 hours per week.

Tasks include:
- Splitting groups of PDFs into individual files
- Renaming files using a standard naming format
- Entering invoice details from PDFs into QuickBooks as draft invoices

Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection

Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus, but training is available

Ability to follow instructions carefully and consistently

Flexible weekly schedule, 5–15 hours per week
