Part-Time Creative & Graphic Design Virtual Assistant (Figma, Illustrator, InDesign)

I am looking for a part-time Creative & Graphic Design Virtual Assistant to start, with the goal of building a long-term working relationship and increasing hours as our business grows. I'm a woman entrepreneur specializing in design thinking.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong graphic design skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to present concepts visually before final production. You will use Figma to share mood boards, sketches, and prototypes, then bring those ideas to life in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.

If you also have technical setup skills (website building, automation, domain/email setup), there's potential for additional paid hours beyond design work.

Primary Responsibilities
Create brand-aligned graphics, layouts, and marketing materials in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
Present mood boards, visual concepts, and sketches in Figma for review before production
Prototype simple website layouts and page designs in Figma
Format reports, proposals, and presentations with a polished, professional look
Maintain consistent visual branding across all materials

Bonus Skills (Additional Paid Hours If You Can Do These)
Build and customize websites in Wix
Create and test complex forms in Jotform
Set up events and workflows in Calendly
Configure domains and DNS settings in GoDaddy
Integrate Google Workspace (email, calendar, drive) for custom domains
Suggest automation tools and workflows to improve efficiency

Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong eye for design, color, and typography
Excellent English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and access to required software
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred DISC Profile: High C (Conscientiousness) with strong attention to detail and systematic approach preferred

Work Setup
Part-time to start — hours will grow over time as business expands
Project-based tasks, flexible schedule (must meet deadlines)
Payment via PayPal, or QuickBooks Contractor Payments (if available in your country)
