Part-Time Creative & E-commerce Virtual Assistant

About Us:
Jatan B2B Solutions is a wholesale distributor in Washington, USA. We specialize in exotic snacks, beverages, and private-label skincare. We are also expanding into the Indian grocery market.

The Role:
We need a versatile, creative Virtual Assistant to manage our digital presence part-time (approx. 20 hours/week). You will be the "engine" that makes our products look professional to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management: Update product listings, prices, and banners on our website.

Graphic Design: Create high-quality product images, flyers, and digital catalogs for our snacks and skincare lines.

Professional Messaging: Draft and send professional, engaging messages to our customers via email and WhatsApp to drive re-orders.

Brand Support: Ensure all customer-facing materials are polished and match the Jatan B2B Solutions brand.

Requirements:

Expert-level skills in Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

Excellent written English (ability to write "nice messages" that sell).

Highly organized and able to work independently.

Compensation:

$4.00 – $6.00 / hour (depending on experience).

20 hours per week with the potential to grow into full-time as the business expands.
